Wippermann’s range of accessories also comprises the devices SPANN-BOX® and SPANN-BOY® for the automatic tensioning of chain drives. They can be supplied in different types and sizes and thus cover a number of different application areas.
The devices can also be fitted with limit or proximity switches in order facilitate function checks of the chain tensioning. On request, the casing elements can be supplied in stainless steel.
Designs made of special material and with specific guide geometries are possible as well.
