We take a holistic approach to quality
For us, a holistic approach to quality means that we go beyond simply complying with standards. Instead, we consider the entire workflow: starting with the developing process at our customers through our production engineering to quality control.
Quality is the sum of features and characteristics of a product or service which ensure that the product’s defined requirements or expectations are met. In this context, our quality standard is to exceed our customers’ expectations: for example, by setting even tighter tolerances or developing complex product solutions. Furthermore, we aim to precisely maintain this level of quality for many delivery batches so that our customers can always rely on high-performance chains with identical properties in their processes. This is ensured by our comprehensive "Made in Germany" manufacturing expertise with a high vertical range of manufacture – for example, through our own hardening shop – as well as our strict quality management, which is certified according to ISO 9001:2015 and uses the latest testing methods.
Our understanding of comprehensive quality also shows that this claim is always derived from our customers’ requirements. That is why we offer our customers support from our product engineering department in the early development phases, in order to jointly develop optimal solutions for the respective application.
