High load bearing, extremely heat and wear resistant without additional lubricants – Wippermann Engineering has developed the special Triathlon HT chain for difficult production processes for use under temperatures up to 200 °C.
Many renowned companies have recognised the benefits of the high-performance chain and are already demonstrating its success for use under high temperatures. The Triathlon HT is especially suitable for production processes which have to meet the highest loads in combination with high temperatures and sensitive components for the drive chains – even without relubrication.
The outstanding durability of the new Wippermann high-performance chain is achieved through the unique combination of materials. In combination with polymer bearings, special coated pins ensure that the high load bearing and extremely wear-resistant chain is perfect for use under temperatures of up to 200 °C – even without additional lubricants. The Triathlon HT is particularly suitable for difficult production process in the automotive industry and electrical industry to prevent chemical reactions or contamination through lubricants.
